A joint venture project with Swenson Process, Whiting, ILL, to design,
procure, install and start-up the process waste generated by the Phelps
Dodge refinery in El Paso, Texas. Scope of work included design and
installation of all concrete foundations and paving, design and installation
of all structural steel, and installation of all mechanical process piping
and equipment furnished by Swenson. The project was completed in close proximity
to an existing and operational warehouse facility that had to remain in operation
and accessible during all phases of construction.
