The work is located at the Gulf Coast Waste Disposal Authority’s (GCA’s)
Bayport Wastewater Treatment Facility, 10800 Bay Area Blvd., Pasadena,
TX.
The work generally consists of providing all materials, equipment, and
labor force for the construction of a sludge recycle cooling tower system,
including all mechanical civil, electrical and instrumentation work
as specified in these Specifications; and for the receipt, storage,
installation, start-up, and testing of OWNER supplied equipment.
