Turnkey construction of a 2.5 MG concrete in-ground process wastewater
storage tank. Constructed a 450’x65’x20’ deep basin with a custom FRP
roof structure. The 20’ walls were tapered from 2’ at the bottom to 1’
at the top.
The entire interior surface of the basin was lined with 100 mil Beka-
plast HDPE secured to the inside face of all the gang forms and floated
into the bottom 2’ thick slab pours. The work occurred during the summer
months in El Paso, TX, which created very difficult placement conditions.
